about

Conceptualized inside of a trailer in the high Arizona desert and molded at the Iron Lady – a squat and windowless dry-cleaners-turned-practice-space-and-underground-venue in a degenerate part of Phoenix – H.O.A. was an Arizona-based dark music trio/secret girls’ society. This reissue of the Tempe legend’s debut cassette, originally released in 2010, is for fans of Lydia Lunch, Bratmobile, and shows in cemeteries, which the group performed several times (but not every time) without getting busted.

BADNAAM, a Pakistani Urdu word that translates to “bad reputation” or “defaced,” is an active Phoenix, Arizona, experimental doom duo of upright bass, tape manipulation, and percussion that features lyrics in Urdu about the pointlessness of life. Music to perform a botched autopsy by. For fans of Sunn O))) and Throbbing Gristle.

The full-length LP features screen printed art by ANTICONFORMITY.
