"Point Blank" was developed during a three-week tour of mainland Europe, Scandinavian, and the Eastern Bloc. The piece features black-metal guitar intro and outro on the outsides while setting up shop in a borderline black metal atmosphere on the inside. A dirge-into-nothing zone.

"Dry Measure" is total sonic subversion, a delicate cacophony contained inside of a jarring collage of practice sessions, field recordings, and cut-up noise.
